Sandrine Kom: your Slow Life, quiet luxury coach

Sandrine Kom is based in Tuscany, Italy near Florence where she has found her place of peace.

Sandrine has developed a unique philosophy that embodies her values and experiences, evolving into Slowlife Coaching and Slowlife Yoga. Her approach encourages individuals, couples and teams to embrace purpose and quiet luxury in their lives, focusing on simplicity, self-awareness, and mindful living. By weaving her background in communication sciences, nutrition, and yoga. 

Sandrine holds a degree in Communication Sciences from Berlin University, a Nutrition Coach diploma, and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate from Yoga Garden in San Francisco.  Fluent in multiple languages, she offers her sessions online or at her serene home in Chianti, sharing a transformative approach to well-being rooted in both modern insights and timeless wisdom.
