Her approach encourages individuals, couples and teams to embrace purpose and quiet luxury in their lives, focusing on simplicity, self-awareness, and mindful living. By weaving her background in communication sciences, nutrition, and yoga.
Sandrine holds a degree in Communication Sciences from Berlin University, a Nutrition Coach diploma, and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate from Yoga Garden in San Francisco. Fluent in multiple languages, she offers her sessions online or at her serene home in Chianti, sharing a transformative approach to well-being rooted in both modern insights and timeless wisdom.
