Ayant proposé mes expériences sur Airbnb pendant plusieurs années, j’ai remporté de nombreux prix et eu en retour plus de 700 témoignages positifs. En outre, en 2020, au début de la pandémie, j’ai été avec cinq autres « hôtes » italiens sélectionnée (parmi 5 000 expériences) par Airbnb, pour tester ce qui allait devenir un nouveau modèle, en passant des expériences en présentiel aux expériences en ligne. Grâce à ce nouveau mode de prestation, j’ai pu proposer mes expériences aux entreprises à travers le monde, centrées sur l’amélioration du bien-être de leurs équipes et de leur personnel.

About me
J’ai eu la chance d’avoir été élevée avec l’ancienne sagesse traditionnelle de mes grands-parents. Je suis née et j’ai grandi à Paris mais je viens de Berlin où j’ai étudié et vécu 12 ans avant de m’installer à Florence en 2000. A présent, je partage ma vie entre Florence et Paris.
Je suis diplômée en « communication et sciences économiques » auprès de l’université FHTW de Berlin et j’ai obtenu mon diplôme de coach en nutrition auprès du CFD de Bruxelles. J’ai conclu à San Francisco ma formation « 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training » auprès de « Yoga Garden ».
Avec une vie professionnelle intense, pratiquer le Slow Life au quotidien me permet de bien vivre la Dolce Vita, de bien vivre en général et d’avoir un rythme quotidien équilibré. Je serais heureuse de partager comment le rendre possible pour vous-même!
En plus du français , je parle couramment l’anglais, l’allemand, le russe et bien sûr l’italien!
Parisienne amoureuse de la Toscane, mon amour de la nourriture, du yoga et de la nature m’ont amenée à créer FiloCIBOsofia Slow Life qui a grandi et est devenu « Slowlife Coaching & Slowlife Yoga ».
Tout cela a donné naissance à un art de vivre, une philosophie de vie qui est “SlowLife is #quietluxury.

SlowLife session was incredible
Meeting Sandrine is a gift in itself and the SlowLife session was incredible. I had neck/shoulder pain before doing this experience. After this experience, my neck and shoulders were relieved. I had a wonderful experience with Sandrine
I immediately felt comfortable when we met. It is clear that Sandrine is passionnante about what she does and lives it. She has a very serene and grounding presence. I found her to be very open, intuitive and she helped me get clarity on an area that I wanted to work on. I really enjoyed the slow pace of the yoga which surprisingly had a deeply relaxing effect, which carried on all afternoon and night. I definitely felt the slow life effect and highly recommend this experience if you want to take time to reconnect with yourself.
A tailored approach
As soon as you are greeted by Sandrine you straight away feel comfortable and at ease. Sandrine asked all the right questions to get to know me and understand my needs and tailored her approach to meet them. I felt relaxed and with a new perspective! It’s amazing how nutrition could impact our body and mind and her tips/advice were very useful!
She was the Best
She has amazingly healthy spirit and knows what real 'Slow Life' should be. The way she talks, communicate with guests was amazing too.

This was a gift to myself
